What happens after I purchase?
After checkout, you'll get access to your customer portal where you can track your build progress, connect your domain, and manage your hosting. If you chose "Build + Host", we start designing your site within 24 hours. You'll receive a live preview link within 3-5 business days.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel your hosting subscription anytime from your portal or by contacting us. No cancellation fee. If you cancel, your site stays live until the end of your billing period.
What about my domain?
The Build + Host plan includes a free domain for your first year (any domain up to $15/yr). You own the domain — it's registered in your name. After year one, renew at the registrar's standard rate (~$12-15/yr).
Can I bring my own domain?
Absolutely. Point your existing domain's DNS to our nameservers and we'll handle the rest. SSL is automatically provisioned for your domain.
What if I already have a website?
Choose "Hosting Only" and we'll help you migrate your existing site to our managed hosting. We handle the DNS switchover and plan it to avoid downtime.
Is hosting really free for the first month?
Hosting is free for your first 30 days. We save your card at checkout but do not charge the $10/mo hosting fee until day 31, and then monthly until you cancel. Cancel before day 31 to pay nothing for hosting. The $499 build fee (if you choose it) is charged today.
