Quoted turnaround times (for example, three-business-day delivery) are good-faith estimates and begin only once the Client has furnished all materials reasonably required to perform the Services — including copy, imagery, brand assets, third-party account credentials, and written approvals. PlugMySite will confirm the commencement date in writing. Any delay attributable to incomplete, inaccurate, or late Client submissions extends the timeline on a day-for-day basis and does not constitute a default by PlugMySite.

All fees are payable in advance and are deemed fully earned upon receipt. Except where a non-waivable right is granted by applicable law, all payments are final and non-refundable, and the Client expressly waives any right to initiate a chargeback, dispute, or reversal — irrespective of change of mind, the Client's business circumstances, or events outside PlugMySite's reasonable control. PlugMySite's sole obligation in consideration of payment is to deliver the Services substantially as described in the applicable order.

For fourteen (14) calendar days following delivery, PlugMySite will remediate, at no additional charge, any defect that arises directly from its own workmanship (a "Covered Defect"). This limited warranty is the Client's sole and exclusive remedy in respect of the Deliverables. After the warranty period expires, remediation is billable on a per-incident basis at the rates set out below, or is provided at no additional charge while a Maintenance subscription remains active.

The limited warranty does not extend to any issue arising from a cause outside PlugMySite's control, including missing or invalid credentials, expired domains or certificates, the failure, deprecation, or modification of third-party services or APIs, alterations made to delivered code by the Client or its agents, or any action the Client is independently required to complete (such as identity verification, regulatory or compliance documentation, or payment-gateway approval). PlugMySite will provide diagnostic findings; any resulting remediation is quoted and invoiced separately.
